Allergy History

 

The Patient's Allergy History screen displays the following information:

 

•Date/Time: The date and time of the action.

 

•Entered By: The name of the user who took the action.

 

•Action: An explanation of the action taken on the allergy (e.g., added, removed, verified).

 

 

Allergy History Filter Options

 

The allergy history list can be be filtered to view allergies that are Removed Only.
