Guarantor statements are designed as a means to print weekly/monthly statements by patient/guarantor, producing one consolidated statement per guarantor. These statements may be printed on forms that match the printout created by this program.

 

The guarantor’s profile, loaded on the visit's Guarantor/Ins tab on the Registration and ADT screen, drives guarantor statements. All visits with the same Guarantor will be grouped together and printed on a single statement.
