The requirements for an account to receive a statement through Patient Friendly Billing are the same as regular billing. Please see section 3.15 for the Statement Checklist.

 

NOTE: Patient Friendly Billing does not produce a First Time Statement for private pay accounts. After First Time Statements are run, a cycle code will be assigned to the account, and a statement will be printed when the Cycle Statements are run.
