Patient Immunization History screen is an electronic record of a patient's immunizations. If ordered and administered through TruBridge EHR, immunizations will automatically pull over to the immunization record. The user will also have the ability to select an immunization and add the vaccine information manually. These immunizations will be saved within the electronic record and the patient's profile.

 

 

Select Web Client > System Menu > Hospital Base Menu > Patient Account # > Medical Records > Grouper > Patient Immunization History
