The Anticoagulant and INR Dashboard offers valuable insights for monitoring and managing patients undergoing anticoagulant therapy. It presents detailed data related to anticoagulant usage and INR (International Normalized Ratio) values, with breakdowns by sub-type, service code, staff, physician, stay type, and item number. This dashboard supports clinical decision-making and enhances patient safety in anticoagulation management.

Filters
Filters can be applied to refine the dashlet totals. Each filter features a drop-down menu with a built-in search field, allowing for efficient selection of specific criteria.
•Result Date: Use the calendar or slider to specify a Result Date range to be used.
•Facility: Use the drop-down menu to select a specific facility.
•Physician: Use the drop-down menu to select a specific physician.
•Stay Type: Use the drop-down menu to select a specific Stay Type.
•Sub Type: Use the drop-down menu to select a specific Sub Type.
•Service Code: Use the drop-down menu to select a specific Service Code.
•Item Description: Use the drop-down menu to select a specific item.
•Staff/Non Staff: Use the drop-down menu to specify staff preference.
•INR Result Value: Use the fields to define the INR Result Value range to be used.
•Clear All Filters: Select this option to clear all previously applied filters.
NOTE: If no filters are selected, the data will populate using the default setting of All.
