Patient Connect is a centralized scheduling management system that tracks all incoming appointments from patient requests via a website or appointments being made over the phone. Users are able to manage appointments for multiple locations without leaving the Appointment Tracking Board.
Patient Connect has appointment maximization features to reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations and empty appointment slots by providing the ability to send automatic appointment affirmations/confirmations/reminders to the patient via text and/or e-mail. It also allows registration information to be reviewed and requested prior to the patient coming into the facility
Affirmations will be sent to notify the patient of a scheduled appointment and reminders will be sent to remind a patient of a scheduled upcoming appointment a day before. TruBridge EHR provides tools to automatically and manually manage a confirmation process to request patients to confirm their appointment a few days before the visit, enabling you to identify potential cancellations early so open slots may e filled more efficiently. Engaging patients with their appointments may reduce calls to the scheduling staff, reduce no shows and streamline the intake process.
Patient Connect will trigger appointment reminders via text message and e-mail to provide patient confirmations and patient engagement solutions. This is a purchased application.
