The Cycle Billing application provides a method for customizing interim billing cycles based on Financial Class and Patient Type. Prior to using Cycle Billing, a TruBridge Client Services Representative must enable the application. Once enabled, the Cycle Billing Table and Pay Source Table must be configured appropriately. The Cycle Billing claim generation process runs automatically on a daily basis and evaluates eligible claims for billing based on configured cycle billing criteria.
