The Remittance Advice Processing screen will allow electronic remittances to be searched by Check Amount, Provider NPI, or Payer Name. Once a Search By option has been selected, the Enter Payer Name/Provider NPI/Payer Name field will display to enter the search information.
Select Web Client > System Menu > Other Applications and Functions > TruBridge Insurance Services > Retrieve Remittance Advice
