Outsourcing Statement Preview Report - New Columns Added -- FA-13792

DESCRIPTION: Two new columns have been added to the Outsourcing Statement Preview report: NON COV for non-covered charges and RJC/LTCHG for late charges and rejections. The non-covered column will display NC for any account that has non-covered charges (i.e. charges that are the patient's responsibility). The rejected/late charge column will display LC for any account with a late charge and/or RJC for any account with a rejection.

This report also now offers the option to run it for Cycle Statements even if AHIS is set up for Guarantor statements.
