The PEN Transmission Log will track all outgoing patient event notification transmissions via direct message. This report will also include patient care team members that are not receiving patient event notifications and the reason why.
PEN Transmission Log
Below is a listing of each column:
•Message ID: This is an ID number generated by Thrive to identify a particular message.
•ARID: The Accounts Receivable ID number for the facility the patient event notification came from.
•Patient Name: The patient's name the patient event notification was for.
•Profile #: The patient's profile number the patient event notification was for.
•Visit Number: The patient's visit number associated with the patient event notification.
•Status: This will display the status of the patient event notification. Options for this column are Pending, Not Sent, Sent, Success or Failure.
•Date/Time Sent: The date and time the patient event notification was sent.
•Status Date/Time: The date and time the patient event notification was received by the provider.
Each transmission will display the following fields:
•PEN Provider Name: The name of the provider the patient event notification was sent to.
•Sending Address: The direct address the patient event notification was sent from.
•Sent To Address: The direct address of the provider the patient event notification was sent to.
•Status Description: This field will give more detail to the status of the patient event notification. For example, if the status is Not Sent, the description would give more detail as to why the patient event notification has not been sent.
