1.Select Report Dashboard

 

2.Select Readmission Data

 

3.Select printing parameters:

Facility: Select the desired Facility. (Only Facilities selected for access under that login will be available for selection.)

Profile: Populate a profile number to delimit a specific profile's information to the report. Wildcarding may be used. Leave this field blank to display all profiles.

Visit ID: Populate a patient's visit number to delimit the report to only the visit number entered. Wildcarding may be used. Leave this field blank to display all patient visits.

Insurance: Medicare (M**) will display as the default insurance. The insurance may be change to any other insurance. Wildcarding may be used. Leave this field blank to display all insurances.

Discharge Date Range: Populate a discharge date range to view readmission data within the date range.

Readmission Score: This option will be used with future programming.

Exclude Readmission Data Totals: Select this option to exclude readmission data totals on the report.

Level of Detail: Use the drop-down box to select one of the following options:

Detail

Report Summary Only

Include Cover Sheet: Select this option to include a Cover Sheet with the report.

Safe Mode: Select this option if the report would not build due to bad data being present in a field. If the report has bad data, a message will appear stating to run the report using Safe Mode. If selected, Safe Mode will replace all of the bad characters with a ?. This will allow the intended report to generate. The bad data may then be seen and can be corrected at the account level.

Output Format: Use the drop-down box to select one of the following Report Format options:

PDF

XML

CSV

HTML

MAPLIST

TXT

 

4.Select Run Report to display the report in the selected output format.
