DESCRIPTION: eCQM Reporting requirements for calendar year 2026 mandate that there be a field for patient departure date and time from the ER. The ER Log Report has been modified to pull the departure date and time for a patient if it is entered in this new Departure Date/Time field on the ER Log screen.
