For Clinical Information Reconciliation, there are several setup considerations for PIX (HIE) Query, Image Titles amd CCDA Image Titles Setup, and Clinical Reconciliation -  Frequency, Route, and Unit Crosswalk Setup.

PIX (HIE) Query Setup

To set up PIX Query go to Tables > Clinical > Physician Application category > Physicians > Test Physician 999999 > MU page > HIE with Query and Response

If the hospital has an interface that can actively query an HIE for CCDA documents and retrieve the CCDA documents, select Yes radio button.

If the hospital does not have an HIE in its area or the HIE interface is not yet operational in the TruBridge EHR for the facility, select the No radio button. Only when the HIE interface is operational should the HIE with Query and Response field be set to Yes.

Image Titles and CCDA Image Titles Setup

For CCDA documents to upload correctly into the EHR, the HIE Image Titles and CCDA Image Titles need to be set up.

Image Title Setup

To set up Image Titles go to Tables > Business Office > Images category > Titles

Recommended Image Titles to set up:

• Patient Summary

• Referral Note

• Discharge Summary

• Unspecified Document

Recommended Setup for HIE Image Titles:

Currently Used: Select the check box.

Image Deletion Allowed: Select the check box.

ChartLink Tab: Select Med Rec (Medical Records) from the drop-down. This is where the imported document will display within Reports and Attachments.

Clinical History: (optional). To display the imported document in Clinical History, select the MR check box.

Page Properties: Use the default settings.

CCDA Image Titles Setup

To set up CCDA Image Titles go to Tables > Business Office > CCDA Image Titles

There are four document types to which image titles need to be associated:

• CCD

• Discharge Summary

• Referral Note

• Unspecified Document

NOTE: Each document type needs to have its own specific image title so that the EMR can accurately store the document in Print EMR based on the document OID.

To associate the image title, select the magnifying glass next to the document type. The Image Titles list displays. Highlight the appropriate image title and select OK. Once all image titles are associated to a document type, select Save.
