Communication Center is a purchased application and must be turned on by TruBridge prior to usage.  The following Application permissions may be assigned to Users of the Communication Center.

 

1.From System Administration, select the desired login .

 

2.Select Applications.

 

3.Select New

 

4.From Step 1: Select Application Code.

 

5.From Step 2: Select Allow.

 

6.From Step 3: Select Application Code and select Add. Next choose the following applications:
Communication Center - Configuration.
       This permission allows the user access to the configuration area of the Communication Center.  This is recommended for the facility System Administrator.
Communication Center - Faxing
       This permission allows the user the ability to send and receive Faxes within the Communication Center.
Communication Center - Messaging
       This permission allows the user the ability to send and receive Internal Mail within the Communication Center.

 

 

7.   Select Insert. Then select the back arrow to access the rule builder screen. 

 

8.   Select Save and enter a rule title then select OK to save the rule. 

 

 

NOTEGiving a user the Communication Center - Faxing or Communication Center - Messaging permission will automatically add that user to the Address Book.
