Thrive offers two ways to view Internal Mail:

•From the Bell Icon on the Action Bar.
•From Mailbox on the Charts contextual Navigation Panel.

 

 

NOTE: The Application permission for Communication Center - Messaging must be granted for access to the Internal Mail component.
