Code Status Added to Encounter Screen -- EVI-107208

DESCRIPTION: Code Status is a new field that has been added to the Encounter screen. This field will default to Assume Full Code but one of the following may be selected based on the patient's wishes: Full Code, Do No Resuscitate, Do Not Intubate, Medications Only.

 

With this new field, the DNR field has been removed from the Personal screen and will now be notated within the Encounter screen.
