The Remove option may be used if needing to remove a member from the Care Team; however, if the Member Type is the Attending, Primary or Secondary, Thrive will not allow those types to be removed from this screen and will need to be removed from the Census screens.

 

To begin using the Remove option, first select the care team member from the list and then select Remove.
