DESCRIPTION: The MRSA and VRE fields have been moved to the new Multidrug-resistant organisms (MDRO) section of the Encounter screen. One or more of the following options may be selected, if needed: C. Difficile, Candida Auris, CRE (Carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae),        MRSA, Mycobacterium Tuberculosis, Neisseria Gonorrhoeae, or VRE (Vancomycin-resistant Enterococci).
