DESCRIPTION: A Pregnancy and Breast Feeding field have been added to the Encounter screen. The Breast Feeding field will have the options to select Yes, No or Not Addressed. The Pregnant field will have a drop-down to all the options Not Address, Yes, No or Unknown to be selected. The ID Panel will continue to display an alert to notify with the patient is pregnant or breast feeding.
