The Coder Productivity Dashboard offers comprehensive insights into the performance and efficiency of HIM coders. It presents both aggregate totals and detailed metrics, including the number of accounts coded, charge balances, average coding turnaround time (TAT), and charge capture percentages by individual coder. The dashboard also provides granular breakdowns of charges and coded accounts by stay type, sub-type, service code, and physician, enabling targeted analysis and performance tracking.
Select Web Client > Report Dashboard > Business Intelligence > Coder Productivity
Coder Productivity
Filters
Filters can be applied to refine the data displayed. Each filter features a drop-down menu with a built-in search field, allowing for efficient selection of specific criteria.
•MR Finish Date: Use the calendar or slider to specify an MR Finish Date range.
•Facility: Use the drop-down menu to select a specific facility.
•Stay Type: Use the drop-down menu to select a specific Stay Type.
•Sub Type: Use the drop-down menu to select a specific Sub Type.
•Service Code: Use the drop-down menu to select a specific Service Code.
•Physician: Use the drop-down menu to select a specific Physician.
•Coders: Use the drop-down menu to select a specific Coder.
•Clear All Filters: Select this option to clear all previously applied filters.
NOTE: If no filters are selected, the data will populate using the default setting of All.
