Data Refresh Rates

 

Dashboard data is refreshed once daily. To accommodate backend processing and ensure complete data accuracy, most dashboards include up to a two-day lag in the data displayed.

 

Dormant Dashboards

 

Individual dashboards that remain inactive for 35 days will automatically enter a dormant state. To reactivate a dormant dashboard, open the dashboard and revisit it within 24 hours. If immediate access to refreshed data is required, please contact a TruBridge Support Representative for manual assistance.
