Data Refresh Rates
Dashboard data is refreshed once daily. To accommodate backend processing and ensure complete data accuracy, most dashboards include up to a two-day lag in the data displayed.
Dormant Dashboards
Individual dashboards that remain inactive for 35 days will automatically enter a dormant state. To reactivate a dormant dashboard, open the dashboard and revisit it within 24 hours.
When a dashboard is dormant, a warning message will appear stating: "This report has paused refreshing due to inactivity. Please revisit this report in approximately 24 hours to view the latest date."
