Data Refresh Rates

 

Dashboard data is refreshed once daily. To accommodate backend processing and ensure complete data accuracy, most dashboards include up to a two-day lag in the data displayed.

 

Dormant Dashboards

 

Individual dashboards that remain inactive for 35 days will automatically enter a dormant state.  To reactivate a dormant dashboard, open the dashboard and revisit it within 24 hours.

 

When a dashboard is dormant, a warning message will appear indicating that the data is stale and advise users to revisit the dashboard after 24 hours to access refreshed data. If immediate access to refreshed data is required, please contact a TruBridge Support Representative for manual assistance.
