Data Refresh Rates

 

Dashboard data is refreshed once daily. To accommodate backend processing and ensure complete data accuracy, most dashboards include a two-day lag in the data displayed.

 

Dormant Dashboards

 

Dashboards that remain inactive for 14 days will automatically enter a dormant state. To reactivate a dormant dashboard, simply open it. Please note that data may take up to 24 hours to fully update. If immediate access to refreshed data is required, please contact a TruBridge Support Representative for manual assistance.
