DESCRIPTION: The visual layout of the primary report has been redesigned. New filters have been added for Discharge Code, Previous Insurance Company, Stay Type, Sub Type, Service Code, and Age for both Previous Visit and Readmit Visit. Corresponding columns have also been added to the Inpatient Readmission Detail Report to support the new filters and dashlets.
