DESCRIPTION: The visual layout of the Referrals and Transition of Care Dashboard has been redesigned. The Appointment Date filter has been updated to Entry Date, and new filters have been added for Status, Department, Reason, Admitting Diagnosis, Sub Type, and Service Code. Additional columns have been added to the Referrals and Transition of Care Detail Report to include the new slicers.
