The Total Charges & Late Charges Dashboard displays key metrics—including Total Charges, Late Charges: Credits, Late Charges: Debits, Late Charges: Total (Absolute Values), and Percentage of Late Charges—within the specified Service Date Range. This dashboard provides insight into the proportion of late charges relative to overall charges with breakdowns by Stay Tpe, Service Code, Sub Type, charge initials, and Department.

Filters
Filters can be applied to refine the Charge Totals displayed. Each filter features a drop-down menu with a built-in search field, allowing for efficient selection of specific criteria.
•Service Date: Use the calendar or slider to specify the Service Date Range to be used.
•Facility: Use the drop-down menu to select a specific facility.
•Department: User the drop-down menu to select a specific department.
•Stay Type: Use the drop-down menu to select a specific Stay Type.
•Sub Type: Use the drop-down menu to select a specific Sub Type.
•Service Code: Use the drop-down menu to select a specific Service Code.
•Initials: Use the drop-down menu to select specific user initials.
•Adjustments: Use the drop-down menu to select specific adjustments.
•Charge Item: Use the drop-down menu to select specific charge items.
•Clear All Filters: Select this option to clear all previously applied filters.
NOTE: If no filters are selected, the data will populate using the default setting of All.
