The Eligibility Verification tab will need to be set up for facilities that will be performing eligibility checks in Patient Connect. This tab will only apply to facilities with an active TruBridge RCM contract for eligibility.
•Site ID: Enter the site ID as supplied by TruBridge RCM. This ID is the same one used for eligibility checking from TruBridge EHR. Contact TruBridge RCM support if this ID is unknown.
•Service Codes: Select the default service codes to be checked during the eligibility checking process. Patient Connect will default to Health Benefit Plan Coverage if one is not selected. Please note that these values will default during processing, but may be changed prior to executing the eligibility check.
•Document Image Title: Enter the image title from the TruBridge EHR Image Title table that the eligibility response will be stored as within Electronic File Management.
