Location and Personnel Tables

The Locations or Personnel tables are where messages may be customized for a specific location where patient's are scheduled. This table may be accessed within Patient Intake Table Maintenance. Select the Locations or Personnel table and then select the specific location or personnel. Then select Messages on the action bar to access the messages.

 

NOTE: Access will need to be given to the Message Configuration Behavior Control to have access to this screen.

 

 

Select Web Client > Tables > Patient Intake > Locations or Personnel > Select Location or Personnel

Select which message to customize and then select Edit.

 

 

Select Web Client > Tables > Patient Intake > Locations or Personnel > Select Location or Personnel > Messages

The Appointment Message for the selected location will display. The message may only be activated/deactivated and the message content customized.

 

 

Select Web Client > Tables > Patient Intake > Locations or Personnel > Select Location or Personnel > Messages > Select Message
