Re-notification of New Patient Chat Messages -- PC-3353

DESCRIPTION: Patient Chat will notify the patient of new information in the event they close the chat browser window before the conversation is officially closed.

 

NOTE: Patient Chat is currently in an early adopter / evaluation state and not yet generally available.
