When a user and patient have finished with the chat, users have the option to select the kabob menu at the top of the chat box for the patient and then select End Chat. This will then archive the chat and the patient will no longer be able to respond to the chat.

 

NOTE: If auto close messaging has been set up, the Close Conversation Message will be sent to the patient.
