1.On the View List screen, select New. The View Edit screen displays.

2.In the View Description field, enter a name for the view.

 

3.In the Available Applications section, select the application and select Add or double-click on the application to move the application to the Attached Applications section. A maximum of 6 applications can be added to a view.

 

NOTE: Applications display in a view in the order they are selected and listed in the Attached Applications section. The applications display from left to right in two rows.

 

4.If an application is incorrectly added to the Attached Applications section, select the application and select Remove or double-click on the application to remove it.

 

5.Select Save to save the new view.
