The Detail Trial Balance report gives a list of all vendors and the detail for the date range given. This report will print alphabetically by vendor name, but may be sorted by other values by using the Sort option within Report Writer. When the report is run for a month's span, it may be used to update the "Trial Balance/Closed Date" field in the AP Control Options with the end date used in the report parameters.
