1.Select Report Dashboard from the Application Drawer.
2.Select Insurance Timely Filing.
3.Select report parameters:
•Facility: Select the desired Facility from which to pull information. (Only Facilities selected for access under that User Based Login will be available for selection.)
•Discharge Date Range: Use the drop-down menu to select a preformatted date range or use the Manual Selection option to enter a custom range in the fields to the right.
•Visit ID: Enter a specific patient account number or leave blank to pull all accounts within the specified Discharge Date Range.
•Financial Class: Enter a specific Financial Class Code (wildcarding is permitted) or leave blank to pull all.
•Claim Type: Use the drop-down menu to select a specific claim type.

•Claim Status: Use the drop-down menu to select a specific claim status.
▪All Claims
▪Approved
▪Unapproved
▪Unchecked
▪Ready to Bill
▪Billed

▪Rejected
•Include Cover Sheet: Select this option to include a Cover Sheet with the report.
•Safe Mode: Select this option to print the report in Safe Mode.
•Output Format: Use the drop-down menu to select one of the following report format options:
▪XML
▪CSV
▪HTML
▪MAPLIST
▪TXT
4. Select Run Report to display the report results in the selected Output Format.
