The Users by Enabled/Disabled Dates report will display user logins that have been enabled and/or disabled within a date range. If the login has been disabled, the report will display the reason why the user login was disabled.
Select Web Client > Report Dashboard > Users by Enabled / Disabled Dates
Users by Enabled / Disabled Dates Parameters
•Disabled Date Range: Enter a date range to view all disabled user logins within the time frame specified.
•Enable Date Range: Enter a date range to view all enabled user logins within the time frame specified.
•User: Enter the user login to run the report for. If this field is left blank, the report will run for all user logins.
•Exclude Disabled Reason Section: Select this options to exclude the disabled reason section from displaying for any user logins that have been disabled.
•Include Cover Sheet: Select this option to have a cover sheet pull with the Date and Time the report was run, User, Facility, Date Range of report and Section.
•Safe Mode: Select this option if the report would not build due to bad data being in a field. If the report has bad data, a message will appear stating to run report using the Safe Mode. If selected, Safe Mode will replace all of the bad characters with a ?. This will allow the intended report to generate. The bad data may then be seen and may be corrected from the account level.
•Output Format: Use the drop-down box to select one of the following report Format options:

Listed below is an explanation of each column
•Login: The user login that has been either enabled or disabled.
•Last Name: The last name of the employee, or physician, that has been enabled or disabled.
•First Name: The first name of the employee, or physician, that has been enabled or disabled.
•Middle Name: The middle name of the employee, or physician, that has been enabled or disabled.
•Role: The assigned role of the employee, or physician, that has been enabled or disabled.
•Enabled Dt: The date the user login was enabled in Identity Management.
•(Enabled) Time: The time the user login was enabled in Identity Management.
•(Enabled) By: The user login of the employee who enabled the user login in Identity Management.
•Disabled Dt: The date the user login was disabled in Identity Management.
•(Disabled) Time: The time the user login was disabled in Identity Management.
•(Disabled) By: The user login of the employee who disabled the user login in Identity Management.
•Disabled Reason: When the user login has been set to "Disabled" in Identity Management, the Disabled Reason will display under the login to show why the login was disabled.
