1.Select Report Dashboard from the navigation panel.

 

2.Select Account Reconciliation Screen.

 

3.Select report parameters:

Facility: Select the desired Facility. (Only Facilities selected for access under that User Based Login will be available for selection.)

Dates: Select All Dates to include all accounts or select Date Range to manually enter a date range. If Date Range is selected, the Admit Date, Discharge Date or Activity Date radio button should be selected to define which date to use for the account(s).

Account Number: An account number may be entered to pull information for a particular account. Leave this field blank to pull all accounts.

Include Zero Balance Months: Select this option to include months where the total monthly balance equals zero. This is determined if the total AR charges minus insurance payment and patient payments equal zero.

Visit Info: Select the Visit Info filter icon to add filters that should be used to filter the information to the screen. Filters created through the Visit Info option will delimit patients based off of the information entered. Some examples of the different type of filters that may be created are stay type, sub type or service code.

 

NOTE: To add or edit filters, single-click the filter icon on the main page of the report. For more information on creating filters, please refer to the Filter Builder documentation.

 

4.Select Generate on the action bar to display the results.
