When processing problems, home medications and/or allergies, a "Clinical Information Reconciliation - 'APPLICATION NAME'" screen (Problems, Home Medications or Allergies) displays.

 

The screen is divided into three columns:

 

•Imported "Problems/Home Medications/Allergies": Displays all the pending imported data (e.g., CCD) to be reconciled to the patient's Current "Problems/Home Medications/Allergies" column. Any medication that is imported using Clinical Information Reconciliation imports as an unconfirmed home medication. Unconfirmed home medications must be confirmed within the Medication Reconciliation application. Please see the Medication Reconciliation User Guide for more information on this process.

 

•Current "Problems/Home Medications/Allergies": Displays any active problems, home medications or allergies that have been added via the Problem List, Medication Reconciliation or Allergies applications, respectively.

 

•Pending Action: Populates in correspondence to the selected actions from the Action Bar taken on the Imported and Current "Problems/Home Medications/Allergies" columns.
