New allergies added during the current visit and any existing allergies entered on prior visits will have a status of N (not verified) in the Verify column on the Patient's Allergies screen.

 

•To verify individual allergies, double-click on the allergy, select Verify, and select Save.

 

•To verify all allergies, select Verify All in the action bar.
