The Visit Reminders Report queries the system for any Patient Profile with an Incomplete Preventative in Chart Communications. This report is accessible through Report Dashboard and can be generated in several file formats, including HTML, PDF, XML, or CSV.
The Visit Reminders Report provides the following information:
•Patient demographic information, including the Profile Number, Name, Sex, Age, Date of Birth, City, State, Zip, and Communication Preference from the Patient Profile.
•Account information, including the Visit Number, Stay Type, and Admit and Discharge Dates of the visit where the Preventative was created.
•Communication Preference
•Due Date and Title of the Preventative and Instructions. Any Notes entered will display as Instructions.
Visit Reminders Report
1.From the Application Drawer, select Report Dashboard.
2.Select Add.
3.Search for Visit Reminders, select the Visit Reminders report from the search results, and select Insert.
4.From the Report Dictionary screen, double-click the Visit Reminders report (or click once to select it, then select Run).
5.Complete the report parameters as follows:
•Facility: Select the facility to include in the report. (Only facilities selected for access under the logged-in user's UBL will be available for selection.)
•Admit Date Range: Select a predefined range from the drop-down, or choose Manual Selection and enter a date range in the fields to the right.
•If desired, further filter or delimit the report by completing the following fields:
oProblem Description
oMedication Name (orders)
oMedication Name Rx
oLab LOINC Code
oLab Description
oLab Value Range
oAllergy Description
oVisit Reminder
•Visit Reminder Due Date: This is a required field. Select a predefined range from the drop-down, or choose Manual Selection and enter a date range in the fields to the right.
•Communication: This option allows the report to be filtered by the Communication Preference selected from the Profile Listing. Enter M for Mail, P for Phone, or E for Email. These Communication Preferences are also available from the Sort option on the action bar.
6.Select any sections you want to exclude from the report:
•Exclude Patient Problem Section
•Exclude Patient Medication (rx) Section
•Exclude Patient Allergy Section
•Exclude Patient Medication Order Section
•Exclude Patient Lab Result Section
7.Choose whether to Include Cover Sheet.
8.Use the Output Format drop-down to select the desired report format: PDF, XML, CSV, HTML, MAPLIST, or TXT.
9.Select Run Report to display the report in the selected output format.
