Unscheduled appointments may be cancelled if not wanting to proceed with scheduling the appointment. Select the red X at the end of the line.

 

Unscheduled Appointments - Delete

 

 

A cancellation confirmation screen will display. Select Cancel Appointment Request to proceed with canceling the unscheduled appointment. Select Back to return to the Unscheduled Appointments tab.
