DESCRIPTION: Forms Automation is a new feature in Patient Connect that enables dynamic form requests based on appointment criteria, automatically sending required forms to patients through their preferred communication method.

 

NOTE: Forms Automation is currently in an early adopter / evaluation state and not yet generally available.
