The Forms Configuration tab is used for the set up of Forms Automation. This feature enables dynamic form requests based on appointment criteria, automatically sending required forms to patients through their preferred communication method.

 

Forms automation will automatically trigger when a patient confirms their appointment via a bot message or when the appointment is manually confirmed by scheduling staff. Forms automation will also be invoked when manually requesting forms from the forms icon and automatically select forms based on the defined automation tracks.

NOTE: Forms Automation must be enabled by TruBridge before any set up may be done.
