Forms Automation Control

Forms Automation Control manages where and how automation logic is triggered and allows customization of patient communication.

 

NOTE: In order to utilize forms automation, the automation controls are required to be configured.

 

To activate forms automation, select On confirmation of the appointment and then select Save at the very bottom of the screen.

 

NOTE: If this option is deselected, the forms automation logic will not be invoked, however all configurations will remain saved.

 

Review and update the Message Subject and Message Text. This message will be used for all form requests: pre-appointment, upon arrival, and post-appointment. Pneumonic values are available for dynamic content using the format {{pneumonic_name}} (Please note the double curly braces). Hovering over the info_icon information icon will display available auto-fill text options. Select Save below the Message Text to save the entered information.
