The following applications can be added to a view.

 

•24 Hour Meds: Displays medications administered within the last 24 hours on the current visit. Selecting the 24 Hour Meds header launches the MAR application.

 

•Address History: Displays the patient's address history. Selecting the Address History header launches the Health History application.

 

•Chart Communications: Displays chart communications on the visit. Selecting the Chart Communications header launches the Communication application.

 

•Clinic Administered Medications: Displays medications ordered and administered on a patient checked into a Clinic location. The patient must have a Clinic Stay Type. Immunizations given during a visit will only display in the Immunizations application. Selecting the Clinic Administered Medications header launches Order Chronology.

 

•Contact Information: Displays the patient contact information. Selecting the Contact Information header launches the Patient Demographics - Personal screen.

 

•Current Medications: Displays all active medications on the current visit. Selecting the Current Medications header launches the MAR application.

 

•Current Vitals: Display the most recent vital signs entered on the patient. Selecting the Current Vitals header launches the Vitals application.

 

•Documentation: Displays documentation from the Documentation application. Selecting the Documentation header launches the Documentation application.

 

•Family History: Displays the patient's family history. Selecting the Family History header launches the Health History application.

 

•Functional/Cognitive Status: Displays the patient's functional and cognitive status. Selecting the Functional/Cognitive Status header launches the Health History application.

 

•Health Concerns: Displays the patient's health concerns. Selecting the Health Concerns header launches the Health History application.

 

•Home Medications: Displays the patient's active home medications. Selecting the Home Medications header launches the Medication Reconciliation application.

 

•Immunizations: Displays the patient's immunizations. Selecting the Immunizations header launches the Patient Immunization History application.

 

•Implantable Device List: Displays the patient's active implantable devices. Selecting the Implantable Device List header launches the Health History application.

 

•Labs: Displays the patient's most recent laboratory results. Selecting the Labs header launches the Lab Results application.

 

•Medical History: Displays problems added to the Medical History section of the Health History application. Selecting the Medical History header launches the Health History application.

 

•Patient Image: Displays the patient image if a patient photo has been scanned in Electronic File Management under the Chartlink Photo Image Title.

   

NOTE: If the Chartlink Photo Image Title is set to copy forward, the patient image will display on subsequent visits under the Current Visit filter.

 

•Prescription List: Displays the prescription list from Prescription Entry. Medications are updated once they are reconciled in Medication Reconciliation or prescriptions are entered in Prescription Entry. Selecting the Prescription List header launches the Prescription Entry application.

 

•Preventative List: Displays preventatives and incomplete follow-ups. Selecting the Preventative List header launches the Preventative List in the Communication application for Clinic Stay Type visits only.

 

•Problem List: Displays the patient's active problems. Selecting the Problem List header launches the Problem List application.

 

•Radiology Transcription: Displays radiology transcription associated to a radiology order. The view will display signed transcriptions unless the item is set to view unverified or not set for electronic signature. Selecting the Radiology Transcription header launches the Clinical History application.

 

•Referral/Transition of Care: Displays referrals and transition of care information. Selecting the Referral/Transition of Care header launches the Health History application.

 

•Social History - Environmental History: Displays the patient's environmental history. Selecting the Social History - Environmental History header launches the Health History application.

 

•Social History - Exercise: Displays the patient's exercise history. Selecting the Social History - Exercise header launches the Health History application.

 

•Social History - Sexual History: Displays the patient's sexual history. Selecting the Social History - Sexual History header launches the Health History application.

 

•Social History - Substance Use: Displays the patient's substance abuse history. Selecting the Social History - Substance Use header launches the Health History application.

 

•Social History - Tobacco/Nicotine Use: Displays the patient's tobacco and nicotine history. Selecting the Social History - Tobacco/Nicotine Use header launches the Health History application.

 

•Social History - Travel: Displays the patient's travel history. Selecting the Social History - Travel header launches the Health History application.

 

•Surgical/Procedure History: Displays the patient's surgical and procedure history. Selecting the Surgical/Procedure History header launches the Health History application.

 

•Visit History: Displays the patient's visit information. The patient's next schedule appointment will display in the header if a future appointment has been scheduled for the patient in Updated Scheduling. Selecting the Visit History header launches the Visit History application.
