The Accountants Report provides account information for all outstanding balances by current financial class. The information provided allows the facility to monitor accounts based on the criteria selected when printing the report. The report will reflect the current information each time the report is generated. Contract Billing accounts will show as Private Pay. The financial class groupings are based on the current financial class. Due to this, it is TruBridge’s recommendation this report be spooled and archived as a part of the Month End Close process so a more accurate report can be reproduced at any time.
