1.Select an appropriate action for each selected item to Associate Selected, Remove Associations, Import New, Keep Existing, Remove or Postpone as desired.
NOTE: Associate Selected and Remove Associations incorporate a screen refresh that will result in taking the user back to the top of the Clinical Information Reconciliation screen. However, the Import New, Keep Existing and Remove actions will allow users to maintain their scroll bar position on the list where the action is taken.
NOTE: After selecting a "Select Option", then selecting a pending action (e.g., Import New, Keep Existing, Remove, Postpone, etc.), the system will apply the pending action to the selected items and revert the "Select All..." filter back to its original state of unselected. Deselecting either of the "Select All..." filters will likewise deselect all imported and current items, respectively.
•If a current medication is associated to a medication being imported and the action of Import New is taken, a removed record will be created for the current medication. Additionally, that current medication will not pull forward as an active prescription in Prescription Entry upon performing a discharge Medication Reconciliation.
•If a current problem is associated to a problem being imported and the action of Import New is taken, the current problem will appear under the "Inactive" status in the Problem List application since it will then be considered "removed".
•If an allergy from an imported CCD is associated to a current allergy and the action of Keep Existing is taken, the imported allergy is labeled as "Remove" and will appear under the "Removed" status in the Allergies application.
2.Select Review. See Reviewing the Pending List for next step.
