Reviewing the Pending List

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

Selecting Review to process pending actions will display the Pending "Problems/Home Medications/Allergies" List screen.

Filter options at the top of the Pending List screen allow users to see the Final List, Removed Only or All items along with all of their related information. This includes status, last modified date, source, allergy severity, medication details and pending actions prior to the final reconciliation.

When a CCD is imported that contains the appropriate coding for "No Known" records, then the following will display in their respective pending screen:

"No Active Problems" will display in the Pending Problem List

"No Known Allergies", "No Known Drug Allergies", "No Known  Food Allergies", "No Known Environmental Allergies" will display in the Pending Allergies List

"No Home Meds" will display in the Pending Medication Reconciliation List

These records will be reconciled into the appropriate application and will function the same as selecting the corresponding option in the application. If there is a conflict with keeping or importing a "No Known" record and a true problem/allergy/medication, the system will prioritize the true record.

The Action Bar options are as follows:

Back Arrow: Returns the user to the previous screen to make any modifications.

Reconcile: Initiates the final reconciliation process. See Finalizing the Clinical Information Reconciliation for next step.
