Previously scheduled appointments may be canceled from various locations in Patient Connect.
Scheduled Appointments Tab
To cancel an appointment from the Scheduled Appointments tab, select the Change Appointment option in the Confirm/Cancel Status column.
Then select Cancel Appointment.
A confirmation screen will display. Select Cancel Appointment to proceed with canceling.
Expanded Demographics
From the Scheduled Appointments tab, expand the patient's demographics. Select the red X in the Upcoming Scheduled Appointments section to cancel the appointment.
A confirmation screen will display. Select Cancel Appointment to proceed with canceling.
