DESCRIPTION: To better support patients who may require translation services, the ability to view and manage a patient's preferred language has been added directly within Patient Connect, making it easy to identify language needs during the scheduling process.
With this update, users can:
•Add and edit a patient's preferred language from Expanded Demographics → Demographics, using a predefined list of languages.
•Easily identify a patient's preferred language when selecting or sending the appropriate forms, as it is now included in the Forms Request panel.
The patient's preferred language is now visible in the following locations:
•Expanded Demographics → Demographics section
•Worklist → Add Profile
•Schedule Appointment → Patient Demographics section
•Forms Request → Header
